At Thrive Integrated Healthcare, I bring more than 14 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner and advanced certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My background includes family medicine, geriatric psychiatry, and recent hospital-based addiction psychiatry consultation. Over the past 15 months, I have expanded my focus to psychiatric and geriatric-psychiatric care, while continuing to provide comprehensive, holistic, and culturally sensitive services for patients ages 12 and up, including older adults.

Through telehealth, I offer compassionate mental health care, treatment for managing teens with ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and substance use risk and support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. In addition, I provide minor urgent care telehealth services, ensuring that patients have timely and convenient access to care for both psychiatric and everyday health needs.
